As ICT Coordinator

• Report directly to the Office of the School Administrator, providing updates and solutions related to the school’s ICT infrastructure.
• Manage PEACI’s official email, handling communications from staff, students, parents, and external partners regarding concerns, inquiries, and updates.
• Provide technical support for the school’s faculty, staff, and students, resolving issues related to computers, networks, and online platforms (Learning Management Systems, virtual classrooms, etc.).
• Support the implementation of modular learning by ensuring the smooth operation of technology used in the school’s operations.
• Manage and maintain the school’s ICT system, ensuring network stability, hardware maintenance, and data security.
• Ensure all learning management systems and tools are operational, including updating software and hardware when necessary.
• Act as an administrator for PEACI’s social media accounts, managing online presence, posting updates, and engaging with students, parents, and the wider school community.
• Oversee the procurement and maintenance of IT resources and infrastructure, such as computers, servers, and software licenses, ensuring the institution’s technology needs were met.
• Conduct training for teachers and staff on the use of educational technologies and digital tools, particularly focusing on adapting to modular and remote learning environments.
• Facilitate the transition to modular learning during the pandemic by providing technical solutions and adapting educational resources for remote or offline use.
• Assist with various administrative tasks, including organizing digital records, preparing reports on ICT operations, and collaborating with school leadership on technology planning.
• Collaborate with school leadership, teachers, and external partners to support the school’s educational and operational needs through effective ICT solutions

As Faculty Member

• Design and deliver modular-based lesson plans focused on the subject of Empowerment Technology (a subject focused on digital literacy, ICT skills, and technology use in everyday life).
• Develop and adapt course materials for students in a modular setup (print and digital formats) to ensure continuity of learning during the pandemic.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects,m and quizzes, aligning them with learning objectives.
• Provide timely feedback and support to students through remote means (e.g., SMS, emails, calls) given the modular mode of learning.
• Find creative ways to engage students and facilitate learning, given the restrictions of modular instruction during the pandemic.
• Address individual student concerns, providing additional guidance and learning resources as needed.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to ensure consistency in teaching across subjects and to share best practices in modular learning strategies.
• Maintain regular communication with parents to keep them updated on their child’s progress and guide them on how to support modular learning at home.
• Innovate and adapt to changing pandemic protocols by shifting between modular materials, digital resources, and any hybrid learning models introduced.
